Refund/Cancellation policy


In the event you are unable to attend an event you have registered for, a replacement guest may be sent in your place.

Should you wish to cancel your booking we will refund your booking fee less an administration fee of $30 per registered guest, providing we receive the cancellation in writing by email, fax or letter more than 10 working days prior to the event.

Cancellations received in writing less than 10 working days prior to the event will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations received less than 5 working days prior to the event will not receive a refund.
